The lady of my dreams has got to be out there

She stands tall, beautiful and someone who cares

Her smile shall bring great joy to my life

For this is the woman I long to be my wife

Intelligence and a strong mind is what she’ll possess

When I find her it will feel so good to caress….

Her body, her soul and even her mind

Hurry as though I feel I am losing time

I am holding my arms out to wherever you are

Run faster, closer to me, you’re not too far

Hold my hand as we take a walk

Share what we missed together as we talk

My body now feels so safe and secure

For you’re by my side, that’s for sure

We then hug, laugh and even kiss

It’s now complete I feel the bliss

We stroll down the beach arm in arm

Play by the surf, the waters so clam

The sun is now setting, what a beautiful sight

As I watch with the lady of my dreams, I can now see the light

    I loved it. Beautiful. If this had a crying-tear face, I would have used it
    {sniff}.



    The "losin time" line rings true to me. I finally found The One and it feels like I only have half my life left to spend with her and it saddens
    me sometimes that life just took too long...but, then I am thankful and excited about the quality of life I have left to live with her...and look to the future with hope and love instead of
    lonliness and heartache.
